How those furious affections followed you...

I bought all this for only $15 dollars at the farm store today. It is:
12 Ears of corn
2 Yellow tomatoes
2 Red tomatoes
1 Heirloom tomato
1 Pineapple
1 Hunk of cheese

I am totally going to buy most, if not all, of my fruit/veg there from now on. The corn is awesome as is my heirloom. I wish I had gone there earlier this summer as heirlooms were $.99/lb there. I am glad I made tomato soup, I didn't want to be greedy and eat it all.

Seriously, is that not a gorgeous tomato? I have this half in my fridge and I am quite full, but I am willing to risk that stomach ache for that tomato. It is amazing. I love tomatoes.

Mandy May and crew called me. I am very glad they did. I have been missing them so much. Mainly Mandy, Jim and Mark. I wish they were here. They need to move with me wherever I go. I really have no friends here outside of Topher and Wendell. Without my Mandy, my soul is sad.
